I live in Guernsey but I am being charged VAT and delivery?

Please change your Country to 'Guernsey' instead of 'United Kingdom' and you will not be charged VAT.

If your order total is below £30, there will be paid delivery options as well as a free collection option.

If your order total is £30 or above, delivery will show as free (as well as a free collection option). Our free Guernsey delivery on all orders ended on 31st March 2021.

I live in Guernsey and have opted to collect my order. Do you have directions?

If you have opted for Guernsey collection we will contact you to provide you with our collection address and directions.

How quick will my order be delivered/shipped?

If you are Guernsey based, we usually deliver within 2-3 days and sometimes earlier. The same applies for orders outside of Guernsey - we will aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 days.

If you have opted for Guernsey collection from L'islet, we aim to have your order ready for collection in approximately 2 days. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know.

I would like to purchase an item that is currently out of stock. Will you be getting it back in stock?

If you would like to know if an item will be restocked, please contact us as we may have an incoming stock order for your particular item. If so we can reserve the product for you, or alternatively let you know if it's not due back anytime soon.

Can I pay cash on delivery/collection? I can't see this payment option when checking out. (Guernsey-based customers)

Yes of course you can if you are Guernsey-based. Please contact us beforehand to let us know and then proceed with selecting either 'Pay by Card' or 'Bank Transfer' during checkout, as these payment options do not take payment when placing your order. We will then add a note to your order so we know you will pay cash on delivery/collection instead. We will arrange a date and time with you for payment and delivery/collection.

I live in a Country that you don't ship to, but I would like to place an order.

If you are based in a Country that is not listed in our 'Country' section of the address when checking out, please contact us and we can arrange a special delivery for you.

Can I order a custom horseshoe?

Yes you can. If you don't like the designs already pre-made on our website (view here), then please contact us and we can take a personalised order - choose your colour horseshoe (silver/grey), charms and colour thread.

I have received an email/text message saying my order has been delivered but I can't find it? (Guernsey-based customers)

Please contact us as soon as possible. It may be that your order has been delivered to a house with the same name as yours. We will know where it has been delivered and take photos of where we've left it, so we will be able to resolve the issue and return your order to you.

I'd like to leave you a review - how do I do that?

Thank you! Please go to our Facebook Page @mysa.guernsey and 'Write a recommendation', or alternatively you can tag us on Instagram (@mysa.guernsey) either on an Instagram post or Instagram story. You could also leave a review on 'Good or Bad Guernsey Businesses' Facebook Group, and tag our Facebook Page @mysa.guernsey.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Although there may be some items that can be classed as environmentally friendly, there is no guarantee that they are 100% environmentally friendly as our suppliers have not confirmed this for our products.
