Reclaimed Mixed Fibres Sourcing Process

Did you know that the UK currently generates 350,000 tonnes of textiles that end up in a landfill? Textile waste is a growing issue in the today’s era of fast fashion. The Green Living Collective work to reduce this impact.

By reclaiming waste yarns from factories and textiles, the fabrics can then be grouped by colour, treated and spun into new mixed fibre yarns. These yarns can then be used to create new products like these throws, giving them a second life versus ending up in landfill!

60% Cotton, 40% Polyester. Made from recycled fabrics.

Machine wash as delicate. Wash deep or bright colours separately. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry low. Cool iron. Do not dry clean. Keep away from fire and naked flame. Do not place on light coloured textiles or leather as some dye transfer may occur.
